Know Exactly the Right Training

Believe it or not, there are people that tells me that they are trying to lose weight and working on their six packs. But here’s an interesting thing I found, when I came to see what they’re doing, I noticed  that the type of training that they’re performing were geared towards hypertrophy or muscle growth.

That picture explained to me exactly why that person is taking so long in getting to his goal. If you want to build bicep fast, then you must work towards that direction. You must do exercises such as Concentration Curls, Hammer Curls, Incline Dumbbell Curls, Standing Barbell Curls, Cable Curls and so on.

It doesn’t matter how many calf raises you do or how many crunches you do, these kinds of exercise will not give you the big biceps that you been dreaming of. If you want to build bicep, focus strictly on the bicep.

Consistency

If you want to continuously grow you must make consistent effort. So set aside time for workout and do it. If you can do 3 sessions of heavy bout every week, then that’s all you really need. Don’t wait a week or two before you come to work on your arms. As long as you are properly nourished the more consistent, the better.

Proper Supplementation

As a trainer I can’t help but to become curious of supplements thats going to enhance my strength and performance. So when I was on the mission to get big I tried a few things that other people use to gain muscle mass. I didn’t want to go crazy on it, so I tried them one by one. First I started taking whey protein before and after workout.

The first time I tried it, I literally could not scratch my back. Then I took creatine, I felt stronger and felt like I can do more lifting. On top of that I also gain muscle mass. creative. And about awhile ago, a friend of mine recommended BCAA. I was reluctant to try it because I felt like I just didn’t need it. But later on, probably months after, I decided I should give it a try and I was amaze of the result.

Give Yourself Time to Recover

I know that the journey to looking and feeling better is an amazing feeling. And because of that people who have plenty of available time end up hitting the gym 3 times a day. This is an insane amount of time and dedication.

On the bright side, I really do admire those people, both men and women alike who possess the drive to improve themselves. But lets face the reality, our bodies are mere mortals. It’s made with weaknesses and on top of that, it requires time to recover from damage it has experience.

Change Up Your Routine

You’re mind can get get bored if you do the same thing over and over. When that happens, things will not be as interesting. This happens to your bicep when you do only bicep curl for weeks and months and months. What is going to happen is, your body will become desensitize and won’t respond to the same workout stimuli as good as when it does in the beginning.
